10/13/2025 @ 10:40:02am The Keokuk, IA. location went above and beyond. Respect to all of the workers there especially the gentleman working the drive thru and the manager , you made our day. Everything was fresh and hot and delicious.

Had the best service at this store. All the employees I encountered were wonderful and made sure to give my dog lots of treats in the drive thru.

Went to grab a quick bite for my husband and I for dinner and took my frenchie along in the car and the woman at the window handed out doggy treats! Customer service is excellent! We got the bacon chicken sandwich meal, and the cheeseburger deluxe. Both with curly fries. Arbys NEVER disappoints! 10/10!

They don’t sell various halal or vegan items. But I love their curly fries and fish sandwiches. Unfortunately, they don’t keep fish sandwiches around year-round. Their special catchup tastes very good, especially the horseradish one.

Food at the Keokuk Iowa store was hot and freshly made. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Store from front to back was very clean.

I love Arby's roast beef sandwiches with horsey sauce. Curly fries are a nice addition even though the crinkle fries are my favorites. Also love that they have diet Dr. Pepper available in their soda machine.

Really awesome restaurant, ate here passing through on my way back home. Our food was good, it tasted great. Had a great experience here. One thing that Impressed me here was how they took pride cleaning the kitchen while business was slow. Watched a crew scrub the floor with a broom with someone mopping it after while another was scrubbing machines and metal. They were deep cleaning high traffic areas and machines in between cars. That is something you done typically see while dining in. I would definitely eat here again!
